About The Job:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations of our company and our client fulfillment. This means leading meetings, managing teams, solving problems, improving policies and procedures, and working with our executive team to help strategize and implement growth projects. In short, you run the ship and help us sail faster, farther, and more efficiently without running into anything. You are a highly organized, data-driven, systems thinker who has years of experience leading teams and solving operational problems within organizations. You know that you are seriously great at what you do, and you are ready to take on the next challenge in your career in order to turbocharge your personal & professional growth.

 

Responsibilities:

-Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision

-Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions

-Manage the day to day business of the operations, customer service, call center, and advertising departments

-Assist HR with recruiting when necessary

-Help promote a company culture that is built on growth, accountability, and performance

-Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing

-Work with the Executive Team to develop the company’s short and long term goals, and assist in managing the projects

-Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics

-Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution

-Conduct short and long-term business experiments to test potential policy and operational changes

-Collaborate with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values

-Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving clients and team, and escalate to the executive team as needed

-Assess a variety of situations and provide clarity to the team, clients, and executive team

-Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology

-Proactively address operational concerns and issues and monitor overall customer satisfaction

Compensation:

Starting salary will depend on experience. This position has the opportunity for significant earnings, profit share, and stock options based on performance.
